Plopsaland Ardennes, formerly Plopsa Coo

At the foot of Coo waterfall, attractions sit within a wooded valley. Plopsaland Ardennes, still known to many as Plopsa Coo, complements the province's heritage discoveries with a family leisure day.

A leisure park inseparable from Coo

The park's distinction begins with its setting. This is not flat land where scenery has entirely replaced landscape: river, slopes and waterfall give the outing identity. High viewpoints explain the site while ground-level routes repeatedly connect with water and trees. This setting explains why Coo remains a destination even for visitors not seeking only thrills.

Leisure history here predates the current brand. Télécoo belongs to that first chapter, around tourist equipment gradually forming a park. The Plopsa group took over in 2005 and developed its worlds and characters. Continuity lives in several generations' visitor memories alongside new layouts.

2025: a new name and a major stage

5 July 2025 marked official opening as Plopsaland Ardennes, alongside Mayaland's inauguration. This explains different names encountered: Télécoo, Plopsa Coo and Plopsaland Ardennes are not neighbouring parks, but periods of the same destination.

Mayaland gathers attractions around Maya the Bee. The new area underlines the family orientation. It is not simply an accumulation of rides: themes, characters and landscape build an experience children can recognise and recount afterwards.

Thrills, water and viewpoints

The programme combines attractions of differing intensity. Vicky The Ride uses a vehicle turning through the course; DinoSplash offers an aquatic adventure among rocks and dinosaurs. Others suit quieter interests. Check height and supervision conditions attraction by attraction: age alone does not determine suitability.

The chairlift offers a simple visiting insight: in an amusement park, movement itself can become discovery. Gaining height changes how you read Coo, reveals valley curves and places rides within terrain. Pleasure then lies not in counting descents but seeing the day's setting differently.

Keeping a day suited to you

Choose pace and priorities for your group. Alternating attractions and breaks avoids a race. The place's interest in our selection is precisely widening provincial discovery: you can enjoy abbeys and old centres, then spend another day on laughter, play and time together.

Times, shows, attraction openings and seasonal events change. The official website gives calendar and practical conditions to check before leaving. Historic layout photographs should not be treated as guarantees of today's programme. Plopsaland Ardennes is a leisure destination rooted in Coo where landscape retains a role.
